Shipping and Returns
We aim to process all orders within 1-3 working days after full payment is received. Our daily cut off time for orders is 11am gmt (UK time).
Bespoke orders take 3-5 working days to be processed after full payment is received.
UK delivery times and costs
All UK based deliveries are dispatched using Royal Mail's first class signed for delivery for a standard price of £3.95. Orders should be expected within one to two business working days.
An express service is available at £15, with any item arriving within 2 working days.
The first class service for small pieces such as earrings is charged at £2.95 and is not tracked.
Non-UK delivery times and costs
- Europe standard: royal mail international tracked & signed costs £9.95 and is delivered within 3-7 working days.
- Europe express: DHL express cots £14.95 and is delivered in 3-7 working days.
- Rest of the world express: DHL express cots £9.95 and is delivered in 3-7 working days.
Deliveries are made with the cooperation of global postal services.
Exchanges and returns
Returns will be accepted up to 14 days after your order has been received. Returns must arrive in their original condition, alongside the receipt. All returns should be sent to the following address:

Upon receiving your item, a refund will be made (minus the postage cost) within 1-3 days. We recommend you send your return using a Royal Mail 1st Class Signed for service For exchanges, please write the desired item on your receipt, and it will be dispatched to you within 1-3 days.
Please note that we are unable to refund any bespoke items, including all engraved and embossed orders. For hygiene reasons, earrings are non refundable.
How do I cancel my order?
